So glad they’re reissuing all this stuff on vinyl, my old copy presumably disappeared in a house move years ago.
Any other Herb Alpert fans on Oppo?

Yes! We had this very album when I was a kid. I loved these guys.
And that album cover didn’t hurt my opinion of them either.

One of the few albums my dad played that I liked. My son has it now I gave him all my vinyl.

Similar trajectory here. My grandfather was a big fan, he introduced the Brass to my mom, who passed it to me. I got the bulk of the family record collection.

On the subject of that famous sleeve I found this absolutely by chance a couple of months ago- strangely, I had never seen the cover until then.
